Hoptown Hoppers watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in an 11-0 loss to Dubois County Bombers on Tuesday. Dubois County Bombers scored
on a sacrifice fly by Matt Ellis, a walk by Austin Duffy, a walk by Zuriel Collins, and a single by Easton Stewart in the first inning.
The Hoptown Hoppers struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Dubois County Bombers, giving up 11 runs.
Dubois County Bombers opened up scoring in the first inning. Ellis's sac fly scored one run for Dubois County Bombers.
One bright spot for Hoptown Hoppers was a single by Santrel Farmer in the first inning.
