Muhlenberg County Stallions fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 3-0 loss to Madisonville Miners on Friday.

Madisonville Miners scored on a single by Najay King and a single by Mason Libla in the first inning.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Madisonville Miners pitchers struck out 11, while Muhlenberg County Stallions sat down six.

Madisonville Miners opened up scoring in the first inning. Madisonville Miners scored one run when King singled.
