Graham Collects Four Hits As Dubois County Bombers Defeats Hoptown Hoppers

Britton Graham came to ballpark and meant business on Saturday, tallying four hits and leading Dubois County Bombers to a 8-5 win over Hoptown Hoppers. Graham singled in the second, singled in the fourth, singled in the sixth, and singled in the seventh.

Dubois County Bombers earned the victory despite allowing Hoptown Hoppers to score three runs in the first inning. Hoptown Hoppers offense in the inning was led by Jacob Jenkins and Chandler Kendall, all knocking in runs in the inning.

Hoptown Hoppers fired up the offense in the first inning. Jenkins grounded out, scoring one run.

Dubois County Bombers pulled away for good with four runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth Marcus Hill singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, Evan Kahre tripled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs, and Zuriel Collins's sac fly scored one run for Dubois County Bombers.

Chase Rudy earned the victory on the pitcher's mound for Dubois County Bombers. He allowed two hits and two runs over three and a third innings, striking out four. Devin Morris and Brennan LaBarbera entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief. Morris recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Dubois County Bombers.

Lane Diuguid took the loss for Hoptown Hoppers. He went four innings, allowing five runs on six hits and striking out five.
Alex Franklin started the game for Dubois County Bombers. He surrendered three runs on two hits over four innings, striking out six.

Dubois County Bombers totaled ten hits in the game. Graham, Hill, and Kahre each had multiple hits for Dubois County Bombers. Graham led Dubois County Bombers with four hits in four at bats.

Santrel Farmer went 2-for-5 at the plate to lead Hoptown Hoppers in hits.
