Henderson Flash Blows Away Franklin Duelers By Eight Runs

Henderson Flash had no trouble on offense today, winning big over Franklin Duelers 10-2.

Henderson Flash got things moving in the first inning, when Henderson Flash scored one run on a stolen base.

Henderson Flash tallied four runs in the eighth inning. Henderson Flash batters contributing to the big inning included Robert Sproul, Josh Johnston, and Trey Hutchison, all knocking in runs in the inning.

Matthew Craven got the win for Henderson Flash. He lasted six and a third innings, allowing zero hits and two runs while striking out ten. Jared Hart threw two and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen. Hart recorded the last eight outs to earn the save for Henderson Flash.

Brant Alazaus took the loss for Franklin Duelers. He allowed five hits and four runs over five innings, striking out seven and walking one.

Henderson Flash tallied two home runs on the day. Johnston had a long ball in the seventh inning. Gunner Smith had a four bagger in the fourth inning.

Henderson Flash collected 15 hits. Johnston, Smith, Trevor Campbell, and Noah Brown all managed multiple hits for Henderson Flash. Smith and Johnston each collected three hits to lead Henderson Flash. Austin Domer led Henderson Flash with two stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with ten stolen bases.
