Muhlenberg County Stallions wins contest against Paducah Chiefs on Tuesday, 4-3

Paducah Chiefs got things moving in the first inning. Lofton Pigg's sac fly scored one run for Paducah Chiefs.

Muhlenberg County Stallions took the lead for good with two runs in the fifth inning. In the fifth Julian Sansores singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run and Jake Edwards singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

Nick Ramanjulu earned the victory on the hill for Muhlenberg County Stallions. He lasted five innings, allowing five hits and two runs while striking out ten. Christian Williams, Blake Shelton, and Nate Cunningham all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory. Shelton recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Muhlenberg County Stallions.

Palmer Campbell took the loss for Paducah Chiefs. He surrendered two runs on three hits over two and a third innings, striking out five and walking one.

Gabe East started the game for Paducah Chiefs. He went two and a third innings, allowing two runs on two hits and striking out four.

Edwards led Muhlenberg County Stallions with three hits in three at bats.

Paducah Chiefs scattered seven hits in the game. Ja'lil Akbar and Pierce Mitchum all managed multiple hits for Paducah Chiefs.
