The Dubois County Bombers Downs The Muhlenberg County Stallions, 6-1


The Bombers defeated the Stallions 6-1 on Saturday.

The Bombers scored five runs in the sixth inning. The Bombers scored on a double by Roman Trujillo, a walk by Zack Gray, and a triple by Trey Fulton.

Caleb Wagner earned the win for Dubois County Bombers. He went six innings, giving up zero runs, three hits, and striking out four. Three relievers helped the Bombers close out the victory. Tyler Stolz threw one inning. Chad Worley took the loss for the Stallions. He pitched five innings, giving up one run, two hits, and striking out two.

Fulton led the Bombers with three hits in five at bats. The Bombers was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Philip Archer made the most plays with 14.
