Railroaders 6, Miners 3. (June 8, 2017)
The Railroaders got back on a winning track beating the Miners in Fulton. Madisonville had 4 errors which contributed to 5 unearned runs for the Railroaders who were error free for the game.. Both teams matched up with 10 hits each.
Jake Wikel and Cory Price each produced a RBI double at the plate for Fulton. Madisonville's Darrell Freeman and Michael Andrew Hawks each hit homeruns with Hawks going 3 of 5 for 2 RBI.
Fulton's starter Carter Bair gets the win throwing 5 2/3 innings giving up 6 hits, 2 earned runs, 2 walks and had 7 strikeouts. Noah Stern pitched for 3 innings in middle relief and Pablo Arevalo earned a save striking out the last batter with the bases loaded.
Madisonville's starting pitcher Tyler Crouch takes of the loss going 4 innings and tagged for 3 unearned runs. The Miners used 3 additional pitchers in the losing effort
