Franklin Duelers Clinches Lead In Fifth Inning For Victory Over Paducah Chiefs

Franklin Duelers took the lead late and defeated Paducah Chiefs 8-4 on Sunday. The game was tied at four with Franklin Duelers batting in the bottom of the fifth when Jordan Blick homered on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring three runs.

Franklin Duelers got on the board in the first inning when John Benevolent homered on a 0-2 count, scoring three runs.
In the top of the fourth inning, Paducah Chiefs tied things up at four. Alan Roden drew a walk, scoring one run.

Mickey Foytik took the win for Franklin Duelers. He allowed two hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out six.
Braden Mork took the loss for Paducah Chiefs. He allowed three hits and four runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out two.

East started the game for Paducah Chiefs. He lasted four innings, allowing five hits and four runs while striking out five David Hall started the game for Franklin Duelers. He surrendered four runs on five hits over three innings, striking out five
