Louisville Stars Runs Away With Early Lead In Victory Against the Owensboro RiverDawgs

Owensboro RiverDawgs watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 7-4 loss to Louisville Stars on Saturday.

Louisville Stars scored on a single by Garrett Jones in the first inning, a single by Brad Wilkerson in the first inning, a single by Jeff Keppinger in the first inning, a fielder's choice by Lou Ott in the first inning, and a single by Jones in the second inning.

Justin Marks got the win for Louisville Stars. He lasted two innings, allowing two hits and one run while striking out three. Neil Holland recorded the last two outs to earn the save for Louisville Stars.

Cameron Harvey took the loss for Owensboro RiverDawgs. He went one-third of an inning, allowing four runs on three hits.
Trevor Campbell led Owensboro RiverDawgs with three hits in five at bats. Owensboro RiverDawgs didn't commit a single error in the field. Tarron Lawson had the most chances in the field with seven.
