Jason McDonald pitched a no hitter on Thursday against the Oilers and helped the Hoppers recover from the previous night's whipping by Fulton.  The Hoppers punched out 11 hits against 4 Oiler pitchers sent to the mound.  Matt McGowan led the Hoptown at the plate going 3 of 4 and 2 RBI's which included one double. Taking the loss for Owensboro was starter Shane Weedman.
