The Fulton Railroaders defeated the Madisonville Pirates, 6-1

The Pirates score first with their one run in the 1st inning. The Railroaders answered in the 2nd with one run. The game remained tied through the 5th inning. Fulton put up 3 runs in the 6th and 2 more in the 8th. The win is the 6th in a row for Fulton and moves them to 3rd in the standings. First time this season the Railroaders are at .500. Both teams go at it again on Friday in Fulton with second place in the standings on the line. Game time is 7 pm

     (From Madisonville)  The Pirates took a short-lived 1-0 lead on Fulton, before the Railroaders spaced out six runs and ten hits, to defeat the Pirates 6-1.  Tradewater produced only seven hits against Roader pitching, as starter Tyler Saltsman took the win.  Pirate starter Chris Goins accepted the loss for the Buccos.  Cole Fergus had two Tradewater hits, and the only RBI of the night.  Fulton continued their win streak, now at six games. The Pirates saw their three game win streak snapped, and lost a game in the standings to leader Hoptown, who defeated Owensboro.
