(From Dubois County) The Hoptown Hoppers only scored in three of the nine innings but Hoptown totaled 13 runs in those 3 innings. Scoring 4 runs in the 2nd, 3 runs in the 3rd, and 6 runs in the 8th.  The 1st inning was a nice, one, two, three inning for both pitchers but from there on out it was all Hoptown as they defeated Dubois County by the score of 13 to 4. Jake Bell worked 5 IP to earn the win; Spencer Sapp took the loss for Dubois County.. Hoptown totaled 10 hits in the contest compared to 7 hits by Dubois County. The Dubois County Bombers took their first defeat as members of the Ohio Valley League and are now (4-1) on the season; Hoptown improves to (2-2.) The Bombers will next travel to Madisonville while the Hoppers will play at Owensboro, both games will be tomorrow night.
