The Owensboro Oilers defeated the Madisonville Miners, 2-1

In 10 innings at Madisonville.  In a tight game the Oilers edged out the Miners in an extra inning of play. A top of the 10th inning 2 out RBI double by Ryler Rachel drove the winning run across from first base.  The Miners threaten in the bottom half of the 10th to tie the game with a runner on third and 2 outs, but a fly ball caught ended the game.

     The Oilers had 9 hits total and overcame 3 errors in the game, and left 10 men on base.  The Miners were better at plate with 11 hits, committed only one error but stranded 13 runners.

     Jake Wilson got the win in relief for 1 2/3 innings pitched coming into a tied game.  Cameron Wallace pitched the final inning and earned a save.  Reid Clements takes the loss for the final inning on the mound and giving up the go ahead run.
