(From Hopkinsville) The Hopkinsville Hoppers defeated the Madisonville Miners by a score of 15 to 2 in a game played in Hopkinsville on Tuesday evening.  Parker Cash earned the victory for the Hoppers, pitching 8 innings, allowing 1 run and 3 hits.  Cash struck out 8 and walked 2 in his performance.  Nussel suffered the loss for Madisonville.  The Hoppers had 13 hits in the contest, led by Matt Cogen, who was 3 for 3 with 3 walks.  Ernie de la Trinaded continued his fine hitting with two hits, including a home run and a double, John Davis had a triple and a single, and Bo Coolen, Cody Duncan, and Olsen each had two hits for the Hoppers, played in front of an attendance of 215.
