Henderson Flash watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 5-4 loss to Owensboro RiverDawgs on Monday. Owensboro RiverDawgs scored on a home run by Najay King in the second inning and a single by Wyatt Daly in the third inning.

Henderson Flash got things started in the first inning when Zach Smith singled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run.

Blake Graham pitched Owensboro RiverDawgs to victory. He lasted five innings, allowing five hits and three runs while striking out four and walking one. Trevor Salmon and Cam Curry entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief. Curry recorded the last five outs to earn the save for Owensboro RiverDawgs.
