Henderson Flash took the lead late in the game in a 7-6 victory over Paducah Chiefs on Friday. The game was tied at five with Henderson Flash batting in the bottom of the eighth when Dylan Byerly singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.

Paducah Chiefs scored four runs in the first inning, but Henderson Flash still managed to pull out the victory. Grayson Taylor, Alan Roden, and Lofton Pigg each drove in runs during the inning.

Henderson Flash knotted the game up at five in the bottom of the sixth inning. Noah Brown doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

Jared Hart earned the win for Henderson Flash. He surrendered one run on two hits over two and two-thirds innings, striking out three and walking one. Matthew Craven threw two and a third innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Sawyer Smallwood took the loss for Paducah Chiefs. He went two-thirds of an inning, allowing zero runs on one hit, striking out one and walking one.

Brady Bibbs started the game for Paducah Chiefs. He surrendered five runs on eight hits over five and two-thirds innings, striking out one Garrett Simpson started the game for Henderson Flash. He lasted four innings, allowing six hits and five runs while striking out two and walking zero

Henderson Flash tallied one home run on the day. Gunner Smith had a long ball in the first inning.

Henderson Flash collected 12 hits on the day. Trey Hutchison, Hayden Judice, and Nolan Melton each collected multiple hits for Henderson Flash. Melton, Judice, and Hutchison each collected two hits to lead Henderson Flash.

Paducah Chiefs saw the ball well today, racking up nine hits in the game. Pigg and Taylor all managed multiple hits for Paducah Chiefs. Paducah Chiefs didn't commit a single error in the field. Pigg had the most chances in the field with seven.
