Franklin Duelers Blows Away Henderson Flash By Seven Runs

Franklin Duelers had everything working on Sunday, winning big over Henderson Flash 11-4

Henderson Flash got things started in the second inning when Branon Pope induced Robert Sproul to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored.

Franklin Duelers pulled away for good with four runs in the third inning. In the third Tim Blankenberger's sac fly scored one run for Franklin Duelers, Orlando Arevalo doubled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run, and Sean Becker singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.

Pope was on the hill for Franklin Duelers. He surrendered four runs on seven hits over six innings, striking out six and walking one.

Braden White led things off on the pitcher's mound for Henderson Flash. He surrendered five runs on six hits over two and two-thirds innings, striking out three. Jon Cato, Luke Fisher, and Evan Payne each contributed in relief for Henderson Flash.
