A walk-off walk propelled Paducah Chiefs to a decisive, dramatic victory over Franklin Duelers, 8-7. The game was tied at seven with Paducah Chiefs batting in the bottom of the ninth when Lofton Pigg drew a walk, scoring one run.

Paducah Chiefs earned the victory despite allowing Franklin Duelers to score six runs in the seventh inning. Trejen Birdwell, James Marcinkowski, Ethan Shelton, Orlando Arevalo, and Jordan Blick all contributed in the big inning with RBIs.

Paducah Chiefs got things started in the first inning. Pierce Mitchum hit a solo homer.

Blake Bagenstos earned the win for Paducah Chiefs. He allowed one hit and zero runs over two and a third innings, striking out one. Eli Campbell and Braden Mork entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Will Buchholz took the loss for Franklin Duelers. He allowed five hits and three runs over five and a third innings, striking out seven.

Hale Sims started the game for Paducah Chiefs. He allowed five hits and one run over five innings, striking out three Rylan Thomas started the game for Franklin Duelers. He lasted three and a third innings, allowing eight hits and five runs while striking out three and walking one

Paducah Chiefs socked two home runs on the day. Mitchum had a long ball in the first inning. Pigg went yard in the fourth inning.
