Fulton Railroaders took home an 8-3 victory over Madisonville Miners on Thursday.

In the top of the fourth inning, Madisonville Miners tied things up at two. Michael Sookdeo drove in two when he homered.

Fulton Railroaders pulled away for good with two runs in the fifth inning. In the fifth Luke McKenzie doubled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run and Davis Lott singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

Fulton Railroaders scored three runs in the eighth inning. Fulton Railroaders put the pressure on, lead by singles by O'Neil Burgos and Reid Rector.

Bennett Christensen led the Fulton Railroaders to victory on the mound. He surrendered zero runs on one hit over three innings, striking out four and walking zero. Britt Netterville threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Ryan White took the loss for Madisonville Miners. He lasted three innings, allowing five hits and four runs while striking out three.
