Runs Keep Coming As Madisonville Miners Defeats Fulton Railroaders

A run here and a run there helped propel Madisonville Miners to a big win over Fulton Railroaders on Saturday, 8-1

Madisonville Miners got things moving in the first inning, when Shayne Lyons drew a walk, scoring one run.

Ryan Pierce pitched Madisonville Miners to victory. He surrendered zero runs on two hits over six innings, striking out three. Jackson Jarvis and Griffin Lape entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Colton Easterwood took the loss for Fulton Railroaders. He lasted five innings, allowing seven hits and five runs while striking out five.

Madisonville Miners launched two home runs on the day. Cam Diaz had a four bagger in the seventh inning. Ricky Sisto went for the long ball in the third inning.
