Henderson Flash snagged a late lead and defeated Fulton Railroaders 8-5 on Sunday. In the bottom of the fourth an error scored two runs for Henderson Flash.

Henderson Flash earned the victory despite allowing Fulton Railroaders to score three runs in the first inning. Luke McKenzie, Ian Drays, and Britt Netterville all drove in runs in the frame.

Henderson Flash took an early lead in the first inning when Derek Wagner singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.

Fulton Railroaders knotted the game up at five in the top of the second inning. O'Neil Burgos singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

Henderson Flash took the lead for good with two runs in the fourth inning.

Bryce Thomas earned the victory on the mound for Henderson Flash. He went three innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits and striking out three.

Keshaun Mays took the loss for Fulton Railroaders. He went one and two-thirds innings, allowing five runs on five hits and striking out two.

Fulton Railroaders tallied two home runs on the day. Sam Gallimore went deep in the second inning. McKenzie had a homer in the first inning.

Trevor Campbell, Mason White, Gunner Smith, Wagner, Noah Brown, Josh Johnston, Austin Domer, Brandon Boxer, and Trey Hutchison each managed one hit to lead Henderson Flash. Henderson Flash didn't commit a single error in the field. Boxer had five chances in the field, the most on the team.

Burgos led Fulton Railroaders with two hits in three at bats.
