Hoptown Hoppers Drops Game To Full Count Rhythm After Late Score

Hoptown Hoppers stayed in it until the end, but Full Count Rhythm pulled away late in a 7-3 victory on Friday. The game was tied at three with Full Count Rhythm batting in the top of the eighth when Jackson Hannon doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring two runs.

In the first inning, Full Count Rhythm got their offense started when Ben Brooks's sac fly scored one run for Full Count Rhythm.

Hoptown Hoppers knotted the game up at three in the bottom of the fourth inning. Landon Choboy drew a walk, scoring one run.

Ryan Webster earned the victory on the pitcher's mound for Full Count Rhythm. The southpaw lasted three and two-thirds innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out two. Kyle Magrans and Tyler Sills entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Arlon Butts took the loss for Hoptown Hoppers. The righty surrendered four runs on four hits over four and two-thirds innings, striking out three.

Austin Sandifer started the game for Full Count Rhythm. The righthander allowed three hits and one run over three innings, striking out two Alan West started the game for Hoptown Hoppers. The righthander lasted three innings, allowing three hits and three runs while striking out four

Benjamin (B.J.) BanyonZayd BranniganJojo CruzTanner Holliman, and Riley Garczynski each collected one hit to lead Hoptown Hoppers.

Full Count Rhythm totaled eight hits. Gunnar Ricketts and Carlos Lara each collected multiple hits for Full Count Rhythm. Full Count Rhythm was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Lara made the most plays with nine.
