Full Count Rhythm Grabs Lead In Seventh Inning For Victory Over Paducah Chiefs

Full Count Rhythm nabbed the lead late in the game in a 9-7 victory over Paducah Chiefs on Thursday. The game was tied at five with Full Count Rhythm batting in the bottom of the seventh when Christian Smith's sac fly scored one run for Full Count Rhythm.

There was plenty of action on the basepaths as Full Count Rhythm collected ten hits and Paducah Chiefs had seven.

In the second inning, Paducah Chiefs got their offense started when Riley Hawthorne doubled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

Jackson Benjamin took the win for Full Count Rhythm. Benjamin allowed four hits and five runs over six and two-thirds innings, striking out seven and walking one. Kyle Magrans threw one-third of an inning in relief out of the bullpen. Magrans recorded the last out to earn the save for Full Count Rhythm.

Lane Lamberth took the loss for Paducah Chiefs. Lamberth allowed five hits and seven runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out three.

Hunter Steger started the game for Full Count Rhythm. The righthander surrendered two runs on three hits over two innings, striking out five Will Gross started the game for Paducah Chiefs. The righthander lasted five innings, allowing five hits and two runs while striking out seven and walking one

Gunnar Ricketts led Full Count Rhythm with two hits in four at bats.

Paducah Chiefs collected seven hits. Drew Hudson and Brandon Hager all had multiple hits for Paducah Chiefs.
