Fulton Railroaders wins contest against Owensboro RiverDawgs on Friday, 6-3

In the first inning, Owensboro RiverDawgs got their offense started. Steven Diaz hit a solo homer.

In the bottom of the first inning, Fulton Railroaders tied things up at one. Fulton Railroaders scored one run when Davis Crane doubled.

Fulton Railroaders pulled away for good with one run in the fourth inning. In the fourth Alex Langford doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Keyshawn Mays was credited with the victory for Fulton Railroaders. The pitcher allowed one hit and one run over five innings, striking out six. A number of pitchers entered the game as relief, with Drew Bell, Bryan Pina, Tristian Camp, and Kaden Hill all securing outs and ultimately the victory.

Nick Belcher took the loss for Owensboro RiverDawgs. Belcher allowed two hits and two runs over four innings, striking out four.

Owensboro RiverDawgs hit two home runs on the day. Cole Gober went deep in the ninth inning. Diaz had a homer in the first inning.

Fulton Railroaders totaled seven hits in the game. Crane and Britt Netterville all collected multiple hits for Fulton Railroaders. Netterville and Crane each collected two hits to lead Fulton Railroaders.
