Dubois County Bombers defeated Henderson Flash 6-5 on Saturday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at three with Dubois County Bombers batting in the bottom of the seventh when Blayden McMahel singled on a 2-0 count, scoring two runs.

Henderson Flash scored three runs in the third inning, but Dubois County Bombers still managed to pull out the victory. The big inning for Henderson Flash came thanks to singles by Nick Rucker and Brandon Daniels.

Dubois County Bombers got on the board in the second inning.  Kevin Butler doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.

Max Manning took the win for Dubois County Bombers. Manning surrendered one run on one hit over four innings, striking out three.  Conner Fries threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.  Fries recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Dubois County Bombers.

Cody Schultz took the loss for Henderson Flash. The righthander lasted one inning, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out one.

Tyler Wheeler started the game for Dubois County Bombers. Wheeler went four innings, allowing three runs on seven hits, striking out one and walking one Gavin Braunneker started the game for Henderson Flash. The pitcher allowed five hits and two runs over five innings, striking out three

Butler went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Dubois County Bombers in hits.

Henderson Flash collected ten hits on the day.  Andrew Dalton, Daniels, and Schultz each had multiple hits for Henderson Flash.  Dalton led Henderson Flash with three hits in five at bats.
