Drew Hudson wasted no opportunities at the plate on Saturday, driving in five on three hits to lead Paducah Chiefs past Franklin Duelers 16-2 on Saturday. Hudson drove in runs on a single in the first, a single in the fourth, and a single in the fourth.

Paducah Chiefs secured the victory thanks to 15 runs in the fourth inning. The big inning was thanks to singles by Bryce Haas, Hudson, and Hudson, doubles by Cade Rogers, Haas, and Adam Brian, walks by Jacob Hager and Rogers, a triple by Hager, and a fielder's choice by Brian.

Paducah Chiefs opened up scoring in the first inning. Hudson drove in one when Hudson singled.

Brycen Parrish earned the win for Paducah Chiefs. Parrish allowed eight hits and two runs over seven innings, striking out eight.

Rylan Thomas took the loss for Franklin Duelers. The bulldog lasted three and a third innings, allowing seven hits and seven runs while striking out three and walking one.

Paducah Chiefs tallied 12 hits. Hudson, Hager, Brant Brown, and Haas each collected multiple hits for Paducah Chiefs. Hudson led Paducah Chiefs with three hits in four at bats. Paducah Chiefs was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Brian made the most plays with eight.

Benny Hymes went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Franklin Duelers in hits.
