Estes's Walk-Off Picture Perfect Ending In Fulton Railroaders's Victory Over Hoptown Hoppers
Fulton Railroaders defeated Hoptown Hoppers 10-9 on Wednesday thanks to a walk-off home run. The game was tied at nine with Fulton Railroaders batting in the bottom of the ninth when Parker Estes hit a solo homer.
Despite falling down by five runs in the first inning, Hoptown Hoppers tried to fight back. Hoptown Hoppers scored eight runs in the failed comeback on a home run by Kurt Paldino in the second, a single by Alex Gonzales in the second, a in the third, a triple by Zayd Brannigan in the ninth, and a single by Benjamin (B.J.) Banyon in the ninth.
Fulton Railroaders captured the lead in the second inning when Davis Crane doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs.
