Madisonville Miners Clinches Lead In Sixth Inning To Defeat Fulton Railroaders

Madisonville Miners defeated Fulton Railroaders 7-3 on Friday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at three with Madisonville Miners batting in the bottom of the sixth when Reed Latimer singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

In the first inning, Fulton Railroaders got their offense started. Fulton Railroaders scored one run when Davis Crane singled.

Madisonville Miners took the lead for good with five runs in the sixth inning. In the sixth Will Cline singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run, Justin Ramirez was hit by a pitch, driving in a run, Calyn Halvorson's sac fly scored one run for Madisonville Miners, and Brennon Williams grounded out, scoring one run.
