Muhlenberg County Stallions lost the lead late in a 6-5 defeat to Henderson Flash on Sunday. The game was tied at three with Henderson Flash batting in the top of the sixth when Brandon Boxer singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

In the second inning, Muhlenberg County Stallions got their offense started when an error scored one run for Muhlenberg County Stallions.

Henderson Flash pulled away for good with five runs in the sixth inning. In the sixth Cody Schultz drew a walk, scoring one run, Noah Nelson's sac fly scored one run for Henderson Flash, Derek Wagner singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run, and Adam Depkewicz singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

Coy Burns was the winning pitcher for Henderson Flash. The pitcher allowed one hit and two runs over three innings, striking out five. Blake Ciuffetelli and Tyler Schultz entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief. Schultz recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Henderson Flash.

Jordan Schaefer took the loss for Muhlenberg County Stallions. Schaefer went one and two-thirds innings, allowing five runs on five hits and striking out two.
