Rando was bad news for opposing pitchers on Sunday, driving in five on three hits to lead Franklin Duelers past Owensboro RiverDawgs 12-4 on Sunday. Rando drove in runs on a home run in the sixth, a single in the seventh, and a double in the eighth.

In the second inning, Owensboro RiverDawgs got their offense started when Chase Harlan singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

Franklin Duelers took the lead for good with one run in the fifth inning. In the fifth Benny Hymes singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Franklin Duelers notched six runs in the eighth inning. Franklin Duelers put the pressure on, lead by walks by Danny Garcia, Alex Miller, and Braxton Meguiar and doubles by Joey Johnston and Rando.

Tanner Morgan earned the victory on the mound for Franklin Duelers. Morgan lasted six and a third innings, allowing six hits and two runs while striking out two. Gage Holeman and Carter Vrable entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Caleb Meek took the loss for Owensboro RiverDawgs. The righthander went one and one-third innings, allowing one run on two hits.

Sammy Barnett started the game for Owensboro RiverDawgs. The lefty surrendered three runs on three hits over four and two-thirds innings, striking out four

Franklin Duelers hit one home run on the day. Rando had a homer in the sixth inning.

Franklin Duelers collected nine hits. Rando and Hymes all managed multiple hits for Franklin Duelers. Hymes and Rando all had three hits to lead Franklin Duelers.

Owensboro RiverDawgs saw the ball well today, racking up seven hits in the game. Paul Coumoulos and Harlan each racked up multiple hits for Owensboro RiverDawgs. Coumoulos led Owensboro RiverDawgs with three hits in four at bats.
