Paducah Chiefs fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 9-3 loss to Fulton Railroaders on Wednesday. Fulton Railroaders took the lead on an error in the first inning.

Jordyn Naranjo led the Fulton Railroaders to victory on the pitcher's mound. Naranjo allowed three hits and one run over five innings, striking out four. Drew Bell, Gannon Dow, and Parker Estes all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.

Corbin Hayden took the loss for Paducah Chiefs. Hayden went six and third innings, allowing six runs on nine hits and striking out three.

Riley Hawthorne, Sam Fagan, Zach Reynolds, Jace Mizell, Mikey Mylott, and Brant Brown all had one hit to lead Paducah Chiefs.

Fulton Railroaders racked up 12 hits on the day. Patrick Music, Gardner, and Jarret Fowlkes all managed multiple hits for Fulton Railroaders. Fulton Railroaders didn't commit a single error in the field. Grant Davis had nine chances in the field, the most on the team.
