Madisonville Miners fell 5-1 to Henderson Flash on Saturday despite out-hitting them six to four.

Henderson Flash pulled away for good with three runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth Nick Rucker doubled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run, Trey Hutchison drew a walk, scoring one run, and Henderson Flash scored one run on a stolen base.

Dylan Beier was the winning pitcher for Henderson Flash. The lefty surrendered zero runs on two hits over three and two-thirds innings, striking out one and walking zero.

JT Rice took the loss for Madisonville Miners. The right-hander went four and two-thirds innings, allowing five runs on three hits and striking out four.

Tyler Cruse started the game for Henderson Flash. Cruse surrendered one run on four hits over three and third innings, striking out three and walking one

Madisonville Miners had six hits in the game. Reed Latimer and Justin Ramirez all collected multiple hits for Madisonville Miners. Latimer went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Madisonville Miners in hits.

Trevor Campbell led Henderson Flash with two hits in four at-bats. Henderson Flash was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Rucker made the most plays with nine.
