Henderson Flash couldn't keep up with Owensboro RiverDawgs and fell 13-5 on Monday.

Henderson Flash took an early lead in the second inning. Adam Dapkewicz drew a walk, scoring one run.

Owensboro RiverDawgs took the lead for good with four runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth Bailey Falkenstein hit a solo homer, Tucker Hagan's sac fly scored one run for Owensboro RiverDawgs, and Sam Pinkert homered on a 1-1 count, scoring two runs.

Henderson Flash notched three runs in the second inning. Cody Schultz and Andrew Dalton powered the big inning with RBIs.

Owensboro RiverDawgs scored seven runs in the eighth inning. Hagan, Steven Diaz, Hayden Hirschvogel, and Falkenstein each had RBIs in the frame.

Brice Stuteville was credited with the victory for Owensboro RiverDawgs. The pitcher allowed six hits and five runs over five innings, striking out three. A number of pitchers entered the game as relief, with Noah Cantleberry, Caleb Meeks, Trent Hlafka, and Logan King all securing outs and ultimately the victory.

Ethan Shafer took the loss for Henderson Flash. The bulldog allowed four hits and five runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out one.

Owensboro RiverDawgs hit three home runs on the day. Falkenstein put one out in the fourth inning. Pinkert went for the long ball in the fourth inning. Jacob Roberts went deep in the sixth inning.

Henderson Flash totaled seven hits. Derek Wagner, Ryan Dos Santos, and Schultz each managed multiple hits for Henderson Flash. Schultz, Dos Santos, and Wagner each collected two hits to lead Henderson Flash.

Owensboro RiverDawgs racked up ten hits on the day. Falkenstein and Pinkert each collected multiple hits for Owensboro RiverDawgs. Falkenstein led Owensboro RiverDawgs with four hits in five at-bats.
