Early Lead For Full Count Rhythm Seals Fate For Paducah Chiefs
Paducah Chiefs watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 5-1 loss to Full Count Rhythm on Saturday. Full Count Rhythm scored on a triple by Matthew Batts, a double by Harrison Travis, and a single by Travis Reaves in the first inning.
Full Count Rhythm got things moving in the first inning, when Batts tripled on the first pitch of the at-bat, scoring two runs.
Luke Sinnard was credited with the victory for Full Count Rhythm. The righty lasted five innings, allowing five hits and one run while striking out four and walking zero.
Corbin Hayden took the loss for Paducah Chiefs. The pitcher allowed 11 hits and five runs over five innings, striking out one.
