It came down to the wire on Thursday, with Muhlenberg County Stallions taking victory on a dramatic walk-off grand slam in the late innings that sealed their victory over Hoptown Hoppers. Muhlenberg County Stallions was down 5-3 in the bottom of the ninth inning when Garrett Dennis homered on a 1-0 count, scoring four runs.

In the first inning, Hoptown Hoppers got their offense started when Edmundo Alanis grounded out, scoring one run.

Tim Gooden earned the win for Muhlenberg County Stallions. The righty went two innings, allowing zero runs on two hits, striking out four, and walking zero. Ben Bowman and Jeremy Levine entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Blake Sarjent took the loss for Hoptown Hoppers. The righthander allowed one hit and two runs, walking one.

Nate McKissick started the game for Muhlenberg County Stallions. McKissick allowed three hits and two runs over four innings, striking out four and walking one Luke Genier started the game for Hoptown Hoppers. Genier lasted five innings, allowing three hits and one run while striking out nine

Muhlenberg County Stallions hit one home run on the day. Dennis put one out in the ninth inning.

Muhlenberg County Stallions had seven hits in the game. Noah Phillips and Kail Hill all collected multiple hits for Muhlenberg County Stallions. Hill and Phillips each collected two hits to lead Muhlenberg County Stallions.

Hoptown Hoppers collected ten hits on the day. Luis Vergara-Schoonewolf and Ren Tachioka each racked up multiple hits for Hoptown Hoppers.
