Luis Vergara-Schoonewolf Drives In Seven To Seal Hoptown Hoppers's Victory Over Paducah Chiefs
Luis Vergara-Schoonewolf would not be denied at the plate when runners were on base on Monday, driving in seven on three hits to lead Hoptown Hoppers past Paducah Chiefs 13-1 on Monday. Vergara-Schoonewolf drove in runs on a double in the first, a double in the second, a sacrifice fly in the fourth, and a home run in the seventh.
In the first inning, Hoptown Hoppers got their offense started when Vergara-Schoonewolf doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs.
