Muhlenberg County Stallions Falls To Henderson Flash

 

Muhlenberg County Stallions opened up scoring in the first inning, when Brennan Williams drew a walk, scoring one run.

In the top of the second inning, Henderson Flash tied things up at one. Collin Helms singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

Henderson Flash pulled away for good with four runs in the fifth inning. In the fifth Andrew Lee homered on a 2-0 count, scoring four runs.

Nick Coleman pitched Henderson Flash to victory. The southpaw surrendered three runs on three hits over two innings, striking out three and walking one. Lucas Quezada and Brady Morse entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Justin Whitman took the loss for Muhlenberg County Stallions. The pitcher went two and a third innings, allowing three runs on two hits and striking out one.

Isaac Rose started the game for Muhlenberg County Stallions. The southpaw lasted two innings, allowing two hits and one run while striking out five and walking one Josh Kuhns started the game for Henderson Flash. The pitcher went four innings, allowing one run on two hits and striking out three

Muhlenberg County Stallions racked up seven hits in the game. Kyle Hogwood and Kail Hill each racked up multiple hits for Muhlenberg County Stallions. Hogwood led Muhlenberg County Stallions with three hits in four at bats.

Henderson Flash tallied 11 hits. Jacob Lester, Helms, and Lee each had multiple hits for Henderson Flash.
