Full Count Rhythm took the lead late and defeated Dubois County Bombers 3-2 on Thursday. The game was tied at two with Full Count Rhythm batting in the bottom of the eighth when an error scored one run for Full Count Rhythm.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Full Count Rhythm pitchers struck out 13, while Dubois County Bombers pitchers sat down seven.

Full Count Rhythm fired up the offense in the second inning. Levi Perrell drove in one when Perrell singled.

Logan Harrell was credited with the victory for Full Count Rhythm. Harrell went two-thirds of an inning, allowing zero runs on zero hits, striking out one and walking zero. Jackson Benjamin, Jack Thompson, and Nick Judd all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory. Judd recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Full Count Rhythm.

Kaleb Applebey took the loss for Dubois County Bombers. The righty surrendered one run on zero hits over one inning, striking out two and walking zero.

Nick Griffin started the game for Full Count Rhythm. The lefthander went three innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits and striking out five Houston High started the game for Dubois County Bombers. High allowed four hits and two runs over four innings, striking out two and walking one

Ethan Huddleston led Full Count Rhythm with two hits in four at bats.

Jay Flynn went 1-for-4 at the plate to lead Dubois County Bombers in hits.
