Henderson Flash wins contest against Dubois County Bombers on Saturday, 6-1

Henderson Flash pulled away for good with four runs in the third inning. In the third Brady Morse doubled on a 3-2 count, scoring two runs, Nathan Brewer singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run, and Evan Joubert drew a walk, scoring one run.

Josh Kuhns earned the win for Henderson Flash. The righthander surrendered one run on six hits over five innings, striking out three and walking zero. Nick Coleman and Adam Weihe entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief. Weihe recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Henderson Flash.

Liam Samuels took the loss for Dubois County Bombers. The righthander lasted three innings, allowing four hits and five runs while striking out one.

Jacob Lester went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Henderson Flash in hits.

Joey Milto led Dubois County Bombers with three hits in three at bats. Dubois County Bombers was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Oliver Hamilton had the most chances in the field with six.
