Six RBI Day For Bryden Fraasman Brings Victory For Paducah Chiefs Over Hoptown Hoppers
Bryden Fraasman showed timely hitting on Thursday, driving in six on two hits to lead Paducah Chiefs past Hoptown Hoppers 15-2 on Thursday. Fraasman drove in runs on a double in the first, a triple in the fourth, and a sacrifice fly in the sixth.
Paducah Chiefs fired up the offense in the first inning, when Gunnar Bingham tripled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.
Paducah Chiefs notched seven runs in the fourth inning. Paducah Chiefs big bats were led by Gage Griggs, Bingham, Fraasman, Ben Brombaugh, and Sam Kestranek, all driving in runs in the frame.
Jacob Overbeck was the winning pitcher for Paducah Chiefs. The bulldog surrendered one run on six hits over six innings, striking out three and walking one. Bishop Woods threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
