Three Pitchers Work Together As Henderson Flash Shuts Out Louisville Jockeys

Henderson Flash defeated Louisville Jockeys 1-0 on Thursday as three pitchers combined to throw a shutout.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Henderson Flash pitchers struck out nine, while Louisville Jockeys pitchers sat down eight.

One bright spot for Louisville Jockeys was a single by Jacob Adams in the first inning.

Dylan Turner was the winning pitcher for Henderson Flash. Turner went two and two-thirds innings, allowing zero runs on two hits, striking out four and walking zero. Sam McFarland threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Gavin Gentry took the loss for Louisville Jockeys. The pitcher lasted four innings, allowing three hits and one run while striking out five.
