Muhlenberg County Stallions lost the lead late in a 9-4 defeat to Henderson Flash on Saturday. The game was tied at three with Henderson Flash batting in the top of the eighth when Evan Boyle threw a wild pitch allowing one run across the plate for Henderson Flash.

Henderson Flash got on the board in the second inning. Sam McFarland drove in one when McFarland singled.

After Henderson Flash scored one run in the top of the third, Muhlenberg County Stallions answered with one of their own. Muhlenberg County Stallions then answered when Kail Hill singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

Holton Compton toed the rubber for Henderson Flash. The righthander lasted four and a third innings, allowing four hits and two runs while striking out five.

Justin Whitman was on the pitcher's mound for Muhlenberg County Stallions. The pitcher allowed four hits and two runs over five innings, striking out two. Boyle and Vincent Pirozzi entered the game from the bullpen, throwing two and two-thirds innings and one and one-third innings respectively.
