Paducah Chiefs Trounce Madisonville Miners

Colin McClure singled, which helped Paducah Chiefs tie the game at two in the bottom of the third.
Paducah Chiefs took the lead in the bottom of the fourth. An error scored one run, to give Paducah Chiefs the upper hand, 3-2.
Max Vosters earned the win for Paducah Chiefs. The starting pitcher gave up five hits and two runs (one earned) over six innings, striking out five and walking none. S. Pespisa took the loss for Madisonville Miners. The starting pitcher went four and two-thirds innings, giving up five runs (two earned) on five hits, striking out four and walking three. Klayton Wright, Chance Moscardelli, and Jaythan Wilson each came on in relief for Paducah Chiefs and shutdown Madisonville Miners.
Paducah Chiefs tallied 10 hits in the game. Brady Grabowski and McClure each collected three hits for Paducah Chiefs. Jaylon Johnson, Parker Price, and McClure each drove in two runs for Paducah Chiefs. Kyle Hayes led Paducah Chiefs with three walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, accumulating nine walks for the game.
Fernandez provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Madisonville Miners with two runs batted in. The cleanup hitter went 1-for-3 on the day. P. Britton led Madisonville Miners with two hits in three at bats.
Paducah Chiefs play at home on Wednesday against Fulton Railroaders in their next game. The Miners are off on Wednesday.
