Game 1: Henderson Flash won big over Fulton Railroaders 12-1
A double by Logan Lacey put Henderson Flash on the board in the bottom of the first.
Henderson Flash added to their early lead in the bottom of the second inning after Taylor Head grounded out, and Andrew Lee singled, each scoring one run.
Henderson Flash added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning after Edward Uschold singled, Aidan Mouton was struck by a pitch, Dane DeWees singled, and Wyatt Bowling stole home, each scoring one run.
Logan Haslam earned the win for Henderson Flash. The right-handed pitcher gave up five hits and one run over five innings, striking out three and walking one. Silas Jones took the loss for Fulton Railroaders. They went three innings, surrendering eight runs (six earned) on seven hits, striking out three and walking three.
Henderson Flash tallied nine hits in the game. Lee and DeWees each collected two hits for Henderson Flash. Lee, Crawford Courville, and Lacey each drove in two runs for Henderson Flash. Bowling, DeWees, Mouton, and Ellis Hurt each stole multiple bases for Henderson Flash. Henderson Flash ran wild on the base paths, collecting 11 stolen bases for the game.
Charlie Ferbet led Fulton Railroaders with one run batted in. They went 1-for-2 on the day. Ferbet, Andres Aybar, Nick Kaelin, Garner Anderson, and Garrett Taylor each collected one hit for Fulton Railroaders.
