Game 2: Henderson Flash Beat Fulton Railroaders 4-1

A double by Ellis Hurt put Henderson Flash on the board in the bottom of the first.

Henderson Flash added one run in the second. Fulton Railroaders committed an error, making the score 3-0.

Josh Kuhns earned the win for Henderson Flash. The starting pitcher gave up two hits and one run over four innings, striking out five and walking one. Brock Arender took the loss for Fulton Railroaders. They went five innings, allowing three runs (two earned) on four hits, striking out seven and walking seven. Dylan Turner collected the save.

Logan Lacey, Aidan Mouton, Taylor Head, Colton Evans, Brock Lummus, and Hurt each collected one hit for Henderson Flash. Head and Hurt each drove in one run for Henderson Flash. Henderson Flash had a strong eye at the plate, collecting nine walks for the game. Wyatt Bowling and Lacey led the team with two bases on balls each. Lacey and Evans each stole multiple bases for Henderson Flash. Henderson Flash stole 11 bases in the game.

Diego Duque and Charlie Ferbet each collected one hit for Fulton Railroaders. Duque went 1-for-3 at the plate as they led the team with one run batted in. Fulton Railroaders turned one double play in the game.

Henderson Flash will travel to Madisonville Miners for their next game on Thursday.
