The bottom of the lineup helped Henderson Flash capture a 4-1 victory over Madisonville Miners on Friday. Ian Reagan, Aidan Mouton, and Taylor Head combined for four of the team's seven hits in the victory. They scored two runs and drove in one.

Henderson Flash opened the scoring in the first after Logan Lacey hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run.

Brayden Taylor walked, which helped Madisonville Miners tie the game at one in the top of the second.

A double by Head gave Henderson Flash the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the second.

J.D. Willis earned the win for Henderson Flash. They surrendered three hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out four and walking none. Taylor took the loss for Madisonville Miners. The starting pitcher went four innings, surrendering two runs on three hits, striking out five and walking two. Kiefer Parsons began the game for Henderson Flash. The left-handed pitcher gave up four hits and one run over four innings, striking out six and walking four. Zach Lawson collected the save.

Nate York drove the middle of the lineup, leading Henderson Flash with two runs batted in. The cleanup hitter went 1-for-4 on the day. Reagan and Head each collected two hits for Henderson Flash. Head stole two bases. Henderson Flash ran wild on the base paths, amassing four stolen bases for the game. Henderson Flash were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Reagan made the most plays with 11.

Pete Britton and Nazhir Bergen each collected two hits for Madisonville Miners. Taylor went 1-for-4 at the plate as the right-handed hitter led the team with one run batted in. Madisonville Miners were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Cason Troutman had the most chances in the field with 10.

Madisonville travels to Paducah to play a doubleheader on Saturday night, while Henderson Flash play at home on Sunday against Hoptown Hoppers in their next game.
