Paducah Chiefs Victorious Over Henderson Flash

Henderson Flash opened the scoring in the first after Ellis Hurt singled, scoring one run.

Paducah Chiefs jumped back into the lead in the bottom of the second inning after Brady Grabowski doubled, and Colin McClure singled, each scoring one run.

Colton Evans singled, which helped Henderson Flash tie the game at two in the top of the fourth.

A single by McClure gave Paducah Chiefs the lead, 3-2, in the bottom of the sixth.

David Limbach earned the win for Paducah Chiefs. The righty gave up one hit and one run over four innings, striking out one and walking none. Hayden Choate took the loss for Henderson Flash. The reliever went one inning, giving up one run on two hits, striking out none and walking none. Konner Myatt led things off on the hill for Paducah Chiefs. The starting pitcher gave up six hits and two runs (one earned) over four innings, striking out two and walking one. Josh Kuhns stepped on the mound first for Henderson Flash. They allowed five hits and two runs over five innings, striking out three and walking one. Jack McLaury collected the save.

Paducah Chiefs amassed nine hits in the game. McClure led Paducah Chiefs with two runs batted in from the number eight spot in the lineup. The shortstop went 2-for-3 on the day. Paducah Chiefs turned one double play in the game.

Dane DeWees set the tone at the top of the lineup, leading Henderson Flash with two hits in four at bats. Evans, Tyson LeBlanc, and Hurt each drove in one run for Henderson Flash.
