Mason Cook collected three hits in four at bats, as Fulton Railroaders defeated Madisonville Miners 9-1 on Saturday. Cook hit a solo home run to right field in the sixth inning, doubled in the second inning, and singled in the first inning.

Fulton Railroaders scored five runs in the first inning on the way to victory.  Charlie Ferbet doubled, scoring two runs, Andres Aybar grounded out, scoring one run, and Jonathon Walsh homered to right field, scoring two runs.

Fulton Railroaders added three more runs in the bottom of the fifth inning on three hits. Garner Anderson homered to left field, scoring two runs, and Diego Duque doubled, scoring one run.

Fulton Railroaders scored one run in the bottom of the sixth on a solo home run to right field by Cook.

Erich Radzinski earned the win for Fulton Railroaders. The starting pitcher allowed four hits and zero runs over six innings, striking out nine and walking three. Dawson Hope took the loss for Madisonville Miners. They went four and two-thirds innings, allowing eight runs on eight hits, striking out one and walking two. Carson Cochran tossed one inning of no-run ball for Fulton Railroaders in relief. The reliever allowed one hit, striking out three and walking one.

Fulton Railroaders tallied 12 hits in the game. Anderson, Walsh, and Ferbet each drove in two runs for Fulton Railroaders. Duque and Jake Vitale each collected multiple hits for Fulton Railroaders. Fulton Railroaders turned one double play in the game.

Fred Fernandez led Madisonville Miners with one run batted in. The first baseman went 1-for-5 on the day. Nazhir Bergen led Madisonville Miners with two hits in four at bats. Madisonville Miners turned one double play in the game.
