Jacob Bly collected three hits in four at bats, but Hoptown Hoppers lost to Fulton Railroaders 13-6 on Friday. Bly singled in the fourth inning, singled in the seventh inning, and singled in the sixth inning.

Hoptown Hoppers opened the scoring in the second after John Kiebler singled, scoring one run.

Fulton Railroaders took the lead, 2-1, in the top of the third thanks to doubles by Drake DeFreitas, and Jake Vitale.

Hoptown Hoppers took the lead in the bottom of the fourth inning after Bly singled, and Grant Snider singled, each scoring one run.

Fulton Railroaders flipped the game on its head in the top of the fifth, scoring five runs on four hits to take a 7-3 lead. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Jonathon Walsh that drove in two.

Nick Kaelin earned the win for Fulton Railroaders. They surrendered 16 hits and six runs over six and two-thirds innings, striking out one and walking one. Braden Canaan took the loss for Hoptown Hoppers. The starting pitcher went four and one-third innings, allowing four runs (three earned) on nine hits, striking out two and walking one.

Hoptown Hoppers collected 17 hits in the game. Hadley Smith, Ethan Landis, Snider, and Bly each collected three hits for Hoptown Hoppers. Dom Davis and Kolby Webb each collected multiple hits for Hoptown Hoppers.

Fulton Railroaders amassed 20 hits in the game. Walsh, the number eight hitter for Fulton Railroaders, led the way with four runs batted in. They went 2-for-5 on the day. Dom Maldet and Kanon Lewis each collected four hits for Fulton Railroaders. Garrett Taylor, DeFreitas, and Vitale each collected multiple hits for Fulton Railroaders.
