Tuesday Night Scores

The Henderson Flash swept a doubleheader from the Paducah Chiefs at Park Field on Tuesday night. The Flash took Game One 7-3, and shutout the Chiefs 5-0 in the nightcap. Both games were seven-inning contests. In other action around the league, the Hoptown Hoppers walked off the visiting Full Count Rhythm 10-0 in seven innings under the Mercy Rule, and the Madisonville Miners defeated the Railroaders 17-6 at Lohaus Field in Fulton. Wednesday Night Schedule - Rematch Night!

All teams are right back in action tomorrow night, July 1. The Flash travel to Paducah for a rematch with the Chiefs, the Railroaders visit Madisonville for a rematch with the Miners, and the Hoppers make the trip Hendersonville, Tennessee, for a rematch with the Full Count Rhythm. The Flash/Chiefs and Railroaders/Miners games get underway at 6:30 PM local time, with the Hopper/Rhythm game starting at 7:05 PM in Tennessee.

Current Standings

The Hoppers victory night keeps them atop the standings with a 18-6 record, but the Flash doubleheader sweep moves Henderson to 17-8 and 1.5 games behind the Hoppers. The loss drops the Rhythm to 13-11 and into sole possession of third place at five games back of the Hoppers. The Chiefs move to 11-13 and are two games back of Full Count and seven back from the Hoppers. Madisonville, now 7-16, and Fulton, now 6-18, are separated by 1.5 games and still fighting to climb back into the standings. The complete standings are available on our Standings webpage.
